We.
Adventures GmbH, based in Hamburg, manages client projects and stands by its results, but does not consider itself a traditional consulting firm. Adventures is a network of freelancers and companies who have repeatedly demonstrated their teamwork skills for the benefit of their clients through successful collaborations.
Adventures is backed by more than 150 partners with many years of experience in business development, including founders, industry and technology experts, researchers, analysts, creatives and developers, who are temporarily deployed to the company or assembled into individual project teams depending on the requirements.
Our partners are distinguished by their many years of operational experience and excellence in their field. For us, results are what count. We don't develop a strategy just to make it look good on paper. We want it to be effective. Consulting and planning are merely the foundation for us. Implementation is the real challenge.
For us, management and team leadership consist less of delegating tasks and more of providing concrete guidance and fostering reliable, motivating collaboration. We place little value on titles and hierarchies, but all the more on commitment.
We work in a pragmatic and data-driven way. If a cherished method doesn't work, we change it. We create processes and routines, but we don't cling to them.
If, during the analysis phase, we determine that a company is in a deep crisis requiring drastic measures, we discuss this uncomfortable truth openly with management and recommend strategies for overcoming it. In most cases, corporate restructuring requires different measures than development, which is why it is advisable to collaborate with appropriate professionals in such situations.

Founded as an online agency, Adventures shifted its focus to innovation consulting in 2010. The FFWD scale-up program was launched in 2025.
